Nursery Officer while Stefania Caria, Career Development Coordinator contributed to the second part of the event. The aim of the conference was to motivate and inspire learners to aim higher and have compelling ambitions through a range of interactive and practical activities, meaningful discussions and one to one advice and mentoring sessions. The topics covered at the conference included focusing on strengths and skills, self-esteem, creating a vision board, challenging self-limiting beliefs, smart goal setting and action planning. The event closed with a Caribbean dinner and entertainment provided by the hotel. Throughout the day, the atmosphere was amazing and there was a very positive energy flowing which lead to a successful event and highly impactful experience for our students who said:
