To celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2022, our apprenticeships manager organised a variety of informative sessions throughout the week. 

Today, we had apprentices from Cisco come in to speak to our Early Years and Engineering students about the level 4 degree apprenticeship programmes on offer and the benefits of it. 

Don't feel you're underqualfiied for these roles. You can come from any background. It's open to everyone

Cisco currently has a range of roles in tech, business, admin, sales, hr and more. The team says in any role you go into here, there will be flexibility to receive training in different areas. 

The second part of the session was delivered by Anita from Henry Construction, who said: "no matter what you think you know about apprenticeships there's always more to learn".
