Key Late Enrolment Dates:
Monday 9th September – Friday 13th September 2024
3:00pm – 4:00pm.
How to Enrol in Four Simple Steps:
- Choose Your Course: Use our course search tool to find the course that suits you.
- Apply Online: Click the "Apply" button on your chosen course page to start your application.
- Interview Invitation: Usually, the next day, you will receive an email with a student reference number inviting you for an interview at a specific time/date. Check your inbox for details.
- Visit Us During Late Enrolment: Head to the campus where your course is held. You’ll find this information in your offer letter and enrolment emails, and details of courses-by-campus can also be found here.
Tip: Visiting us around 3:00pm is ideal—our tutors will be available to discuss your needs directly.
What You Need to Bring:
If you are 16-18 years old:
- National Insurance number
- Copies of your certificates or predicted grades
If you are 19+ years old:
- National Insurance number
- Bank details (for setting up a standing order, if needed)
- Proof of ID (Valid Passport, Driving Licence, or utility bills with proof of address)
- Benefit information (if applicable):
- Recent Job Seekers Allowance letter (dated within 3 months of course start)
- Universal Credit letter
- Employment Support Allowance letter (dated within 3 months of course start)
- Working Tax Credit letter (dated within 3 months of course start)
- Housing or council tax benefit evidence
To apply for college funds, you’ll also need:
- Proof of household income (benefits or wage slips dated within the last 3 months)
- Residency documents (e.g., Home Office papers, valid passports, or any other proof of eligibility to study in the UK)
What to Expect When You Arrive:
Our friendly staff at reception and admissions are ready to assist you. Just let them know you’re here to enrol, give them your student reference number, and they’ll guide you through the process. We recommend arriving around 3:00pm as this is when classes are finishing, and tutors will have more time to help you.
Applied but Haven’t Received an Offer Yet?
No problem! Visit the campus, and we’ll guide you through the main enrolment process. You’ll meet with the curriculum team, get your enrolment confirmed, and receive your ID badge. Just remember to bring your documents.
