Ingredients

  • Chopped tomato
  • Ham
  • Chicken
  • Onion
  • Gherkin
  • Bacon
  • Cheese
  • Wrap (brown or white)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Black olives
  • Salt 
  • Pepper
  • Paprika 
  • Pepper sauce 

Preparation

  • On a cutting board, chop your tomatoes into thin circles
  • Chop your cooked meat of choice into bitesize pieces
  • Chop your gherkin into thin slices
  • Chiffonade cut your lettuce (1 minute tutorial below)

Dressing

  1. Mix 1-2 tablespoon of mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of your olives
  3. Add a pinch of paprika and stir altogether

Wrap

  1. Put your wrap on the plate and cover with your ham and cheese. Put as many or as little as you want
  2. Microwave this for 20 seconds
  3. Neatly add the rest of your toppings (tomatoes, lettuce, olives, gherkin, meat of your choice, cheese)
  4. Drizzle on your mayo mustard dressing
