IWD, part of Women’s History Month (taking place throughout March) celebrates the achievements of women and raises awareness of gender equality. This year’s theme is #BreakTheBias and looks at how we can live in a gender equal world.

How did we celebrate IWD?

Our staff got involved with the #BreakTheBias campaign by sending in photos of themselves striking the Break The Bias pose. 

Additionally, our learners were invited to join Fabulous Magazine to celebrate International Women's Day. They were able to hear from inspirational women in the industry including Charlene White, Katie Piper, Ferne McCanne and Anne Hergety. Our learner development coordinator and learners took some amazing shots to share, including one from Charlene White who you may recognise from ITV News or Loose Women!
