AJ started AYM MEDIA GROUP just over a year ago in March 2020 and it is now a successful SME promoting some of Britain's most talented jazz musicians! Employing just a few staff members, the business embraced the concept of an extended industry placement and, as soon as it was safe to open the doors to students when restrictions were eased in April, AJ took 9 Lambeth College students on industry placements.

AJ’s commitment will allow students to participate in inspiring placements while placing the College in a strong position to reach its CDF target in 21/22.

All colleges need businesses to ensure the successful roll out of T levels, this example demonstrates that SMEs can lead by example and have a bigger impact than some corporate entities.
